We are seeking a Carpenter/Multi Trade for an ongoing contract in the Northampton area with a well-established housing association.
The role involves carpentry repairs, basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and painting.
Candidates must have relevant experience in social housing and possess their own van.
The position offers a salary of £23.10 per hour, along with 45p per mile and the potential for a company van after 3 months.
Applicants should be time served with the necessary qualifications and experience, ideally with a focus on long-term work.

We are looking for a Carpenter/Multi Trade in the Northampton area working for a highly established housing association on on-going contract, on the day to day repairs team. As the Carpenter/Multi Trade you will be responsible for:

Carpentry repairs - hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting, architraves etc.
Basic plumbing - fitting taps, sinks, toilets etc.
Patch plastering, patch tiling, painting etc.

The successful Carpenter/Multi Trade person will:

Have access to their own van
Be time served and have relevant qualifications
Have relevant experience in social housing

37.5 hours a week
