Account Manager

Our client in the finance sector is looking for an Account Manager to join their team based in Northampton, working fully on-site Monday - Friday.

Offering a very impressive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 negotiable DOE with an exciting OTE of £75,000 - £90,000.

The Account Manager will maximise all profitable sales from inbound enquiries whilst developing and retaining customer relationships working from warm leads.

As the Account Manager you will have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proactive driven approach.

Responsibilities of an Account Manager:

  • Exceed targets and increase business profit and revenue.
  • Responsible for handling all incoming enquiries
  • Ability to identify & quote sales opportunities
  • Upsell and cross-sell products
  • Following up on all quotes and finalising deals.
  • Record all necessary data in CRM

Requirements of an Account Manager:

  • A salesperson with a target driven attitude - preferably in B2B
  • Experience in finance is a MUST
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in Direct sales and account managing
  • Strong negotiation skills and active listening
  • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
  • Efficient in CRM and business intelligence sales tools
  • Able to multi-task and work well in a team environment
