As Brand Marketing Manager you'll play a key role in developing and delivering impactful marketing campaigns that enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. This Brand Marketing Manager is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on a market-leading brand and help deliver real solutions to our colleagues and customers.Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of brand management, including brand positioning, messaging, and creative development. Working closely across the wider marketing differentiator teams, the Brand Marketing Manager will develop and implement plans to raise the identity of the proposition as part of the wider City Plumbing entity.Manage the identity of the proposition, and ensure consistent executions across all channels, and integration into the trading cycles resulting in an integrated customer view of City Plumbing.Work closely with our suppliers to create and deliver brand partnership activity, strengthening the presence of City Plumbing across the specific field.Oversee & manage the delivery & fulfilment of customer acquisition campaigns, proactively reporting on the successes. Build and create literature in order to support the specific propositions and their targeted audience.Closely monitor industry and competitor activity as well as survey & customer research initiatives and scope the needs for customer insight across the propositions, reporting back to the business to support decision making.Support the development and positioning of the City Plumbing Own Brand objectives, including (but not limited to) trend analysis, CGI creation, internal and external launches.Development of segmentation to support targeting and personalisation and improve customer engagement with the propositions,, with a focus towards improving recognition of City Plumbing across various sub - industries.Support the Marketing team with absences and work proactively to support and develop colleagues within the wider Marketing team to drive best practice and establish best in class ways of working.This Marketing opportunity offers the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis. Therefore, you should be within commutable distance of our offices in Crick, Northamptonshire.
