- Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and report to senior management.
- Work cross-functionally with logistics, marketing, and external sales to align strategies.
- Conduct team meetings, one-to-ones, and provide ongoing coaching.
- Continuously improve processes to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- 3+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service management (B2B preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team success.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for top-tier service.
- Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office tools.
