They are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead their Internal Sales Team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, hitting targets, and enhancing customer satisfaction. With a strong focus on process improvement and proactive sales, you’ll play a key role in delivering a market-leading experience for our clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the Internal Sales Team to achieve sales and customer service KPIs.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Manage quote requests, orders, and after-sales processes efficiently.
  • Implement proactive sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and report to senior management.

  • Conduct team meetings, one-to-ones, and provide ongoing coaching.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service management (B2B preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of team success.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Customer-focused approach with a passion for top-tier service.
  • Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • A driving licence and access to your own transport is essential.
