Job Title: National Account Executive Salary: £35,000-£40,000 Location: Northampton, NorthamptonshireOur thriving, fast paced and dynamic client is looking for a National Account Executive to join the commercial team based local to Northampton. With focus on a key retailer account, the role is responsible for supporting the Senior National Account Manager in the achievement of the sales & profit budget with full involvement in engaging with stakeholders and customer contacts. Key Responsibilities:?Manage agreed customer portfolio with existing and new business to meet sales objectives ?Maintain promotional calendars and trackers and review promotional performance?Launch support including being the main point of contact internally to ensure the smooth launch of NPD?Maintain sale trackers and highlight performance and issues?Stage & Gate support?Trade Marketing Support?Christmas tracking?Support the SNAM as required Skill Requirements:?Retail industry experience and understanding is essential?Proven stakeholder and customer management skills ?Financial/numerical competency?Food industry experience ?The ability to work at pace and with high levels of autonomy ?A valid UK driving license with your own transport What's in it for you??A salary of up to £40,000 per annum ?Hybrid working arrangement- 3/2 split ?Enhanced matched pension ?Other perks including summer hours and your birthday day off?Excellent employee social calendar ?Fantastic development and progression opportunities.
