Sales Manager

Our client based in Northampton require a Sales Manager to join their growing team. Due to expansion, are now looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales, drive revenue growth, and contribute to our ongoing success.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring we meet and exceed our targets. You will work closely with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals, identifying new opportunities to expand our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine our sales approach.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and maximise opportunities.
  • Identify new market opportunities and business development prospects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, develop insights, and create actionable plans.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
