A new Sales Manager position is available for candidates with experience in supplying excavators, dumpers, dozers, telehandlers, and plant equipment.
The role offers a basic salary of around £50-60k, uncapped commission, a company car with a fuel card, and 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, with opportunities for career progression and the provision of a mobile phone and laptop.
Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, strategically marketing equipment, visiting client sites, and maintaining accounts.
Candidates should have relevant experience in roles such as Sales Manager, Area Sales Representative, or Business Development Manager, preferably from a Plant Hire/Rental background.

Responsibilities as the Sales Manager:

To gain a clear understanding of customers business and their requirements by listening to their needs and creating relationships with new / existing customers.
Strategically market their equipment/services to the correct buyers.
Visit existing client sites and follow up new enquiries, aswell as developing / implementing new business strategies.
Arrange presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
Maintain and develop existing / new accounts

You may have worked as a Sales Manager, Area Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, Field Sales Representative, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager or similar from a Plant Hire/Rental background.
