Business Development Executive Northamptonshire Monday – Friday£24,000 + OTE for first year circa £70kWe have partnered with an award-winning finance business, who are looking to expand their team with finance brokers. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals that are money motivated, resilient, and keen to excel their career in the world of sales.   • Qualifying and calling leads from both warm and cold data.
  • Reaching out to a variety of businesses, effectively capturing all information, to offer the best finance solution.
  • Meeting with customers (either face to face, remotely or on the phone) to discuss the range of finance options available to them.
  • Working to both weekly and monthly KPI's.
  • Developing a strong pipeline.
  • Retain customers, offering service reviews.
  • Maximise every opportunity with the art of upselling and cross selling.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous financial sales experience desirable
  • Previous experience in a KPI and sales role essential
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service driven
  • You need to be a driven individual and self-motivated to make their own success.
