A great opportunity for a Commercial Manager looking to join a rapidly expanding company that will be working closely with the director on exciting projects across the UK. You will be responsible for the commercial operations within the business on different scope of works from Groundworks to Solar Farms.

The Commercial Manager will be based in the Northampton office with regular site visits expected. This role is ideal for someone with an analytical mindset and strong business planning skills. The company has forecasted huge growth plans for the year ahead and will be aiming to double their turnover from the previous year. With multiple clients and projects won, this company is the place to work for an ambitious individual.

Your role as a Commercial Manager will include:

* Valuation plans and cash flow monitoring

* Managing the subcontract tender process

* Provide accurate values and reports of costs on projects

The successful Commercial Manager will have:

* Strong Commercial experience

* Contract Management

* Civils/Groundwork/Construction background
