Customer Account Executive

Crick, Northamptonshire

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 plus Annual Bonus

Hours are: 8.30am - 5.00pm with 1 hour lunch.

1 x day remote working after 3 months.

Our highly successful and forward-thinking client is looking to recruit and additional Customer Service Executive, based at their Head office in Crick.

The customer service team are multi-disciplined, customer-driven, delivering an excellent service.

Duties:

  • Compiling quotes
  • Checking stock availability
  • Processing customer orders onto SAP
  • Internal account management
  • Working closely with the Sales Manager Supporting the external sales force
  • Liaising with worldwide manufacturing facilities
  • All administration relating to the department/role
  • Learn technical product knowledge

Person Specification:

  • 3 years’ plus experience working in a customer service environment, ideally in a manufacturing/engineering environment
  • Competent in IT including Microsoft Office 365
  • Ecommerce experience
  • A knowledge of SAP would be advantage although a comprehensive training program will be provided

Holidays are: 26 days plus bank holidays. None required to keep back for Christmas.
