Role Overview:As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with both new and existing clients. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and achieving our revenue targets. The ideal candidate is proactive, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and thrives in a dynamic and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various channels, including phone inquiries and online submissions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to clients.
  • Handle client inquiries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure client satisfaction and smooth sales processes.
  • Use social media platforms to post updates, engage with potential clients, and promote products/services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Experience in selling over the phone and consistently following up on leads.
  • Familiarity with industrial sales (B2B) and a proven track record in this field.
  • Demonstrated consistency in employment, with at least two years in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques, pipeline management, and social media for business.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
