Sales Representative

Our client in Earls Barton is currently seeking a motivated, energetic, and confident Field Sales Representative to join their growing sales team. This role is perfect for someone looking to establish a career in sales with a solid driving history. We are searching for candidates with excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and a self-driven, determined approach.

Main Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with both new and existing customers
• Identifying and growing a steady pipeline of new clients
• Periodically visiting current and potential customers
• Adhering to budgets set by the Sales Manager
• Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
• Negotiating with customers to secure optimal pricing for both the business and clients
• Managing personal expenses, mileage, and budgets
• Taking responsibility for administrative tasks and self-motivation
• Ensuring customer queries are addressed promptly and efficiently
• Regular communication with the Sales Manager
• Assisting the Sales Manager in promoting the brand, including at UK and international exhibitions
• Focusing on business development and proactive planning for future business needs
• Creating weekly travel plans and providing reports
• Attending international exhibitions as required

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000 per annum + attractive commission + company car
Availability: Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work during peak periods)
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days, including bank holidays
Licence/Certification: Full Driving Licence required for at least 3 years
