ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR
As the LV/HV Connections Manager, you will oversee electrical works on Distribution Network Operators (DNO) networks. As a selected contractor, you will have direct responsibility for ensuring the safety, quality, and technical standards of all work performed by your team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure projects are completed to the correct standards and delivered on time.
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain safe working practices.
- Demonstrate knowledge of inspection, testing, certification, and reporting procedures.
- Train and support your team, equipping them to perform their roles effectively.
- Provide coaching and identify training needs to ensure team compliance and skill development.
- Report all incidents, accidents, and near misses in line with Health & Safety protocols.
- Complete weekly timesheets accurately.
- Identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
- Record details of work undertaken accurately.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
To be successful in this role, you will possess one of the following qualifications:
- DNO Authorisation/Competency Certificate (minimum of five years)
- Experience with NERS and Jointing in LV and HV
- Knowledge of Electrical Networks and ICP standards
- NRSWA Supervisors qualification
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience working with DNOs, ICPs, or IDNOs
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Effective team leadership skills
- A commitment to health and safety practices
