This is an exciting opportunity to join a company renowned for its commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative products that exceed customer expectations.About the Role:As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient operation of the site while managing the day-to-day activities of employees. You will ensure the timely delivery of high-quality parts while driving continuous improvement and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.Key Responsibilities:Ensure on-time, on-quality delivery of parts and products.Maintain site security and a safe working environment.Ensure staff are equipped, trained, and risk-assessed for assigned tasks.Lead by example, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.Oversee first-offs, last-offs, stock checks, and periodic inventories (PIs).Manage and coordinate staffing to meet production plans and efficiency targets.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.Implement personal development plans for shopfloor staff and monitor training progress.Ensure proper identification and placement of products on the shop floor.Monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Collaborate with support functions to address production planning, resource allocation, and quality issues.Address employee relations matters in partnership with HR.Investigate and resolve incidents, accidents, and non-conformities.Report machinery breakdowns and work with maintenance teams for resolution.Support compliance with operating procedures and internal delivery processes.Cover supervisory duties at other sites when needed.Person Specification:The ideal candidate will bring:Proficiency in MS Office and strong technical knowledge.Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.Experience in managing production environments and teams.A proactive approach to driving performance and continuous improvement.Familiarity with MRP systems (preferred).A full, clean driving license and flexibility to travel between local sites.Why Join?This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a progressive and innovative company.
