Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with experience in planning and product development? We are working on behalf of our client in the luxury fashion industry, looking for a Planning & Product Development Coordinator to support their Planning and Product Development teams and help ensure smooth operations in the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in production planning and maintain schedules.
  • Manage reports and handle administrative tasks.
  • Support product development by creating and maintaining style specifications.
  • Coordinate sample tracking and dispatch.
  • Ensure accuracy in product configuration and material management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a planning/scheduling role.
  • Previous experience in creating reports.
  • Background or an interest in product design.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, and ERP systems (Stealth 3000).
  • Experience planning in a manufacturing background.
  • Background or interest in fashion/textiles.
