- Support the Project Manager in overseeing multiple construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure Health & Safety regulations and industry compliance are met at all times.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Prepare project reports, tenders, and cost assessments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Attend site meetings and contribute to project planning, problem-solving, and process improvements.
- Assist with contract negotiations and procurement, securing high-quality materials and services.
- Maintain quality control and compliance, ensuring all work meets company and client standards.
- Provide support to site teams and play an active role in team development and leadership.
- A construction-related qualification (HNC/HND or relevant trade certification).
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
- Experience in a project management, site supervision, or assistant project manager role.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety compliance and construction legislation.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and project management software.
- A full UK driving license
- Willingness to travel across the UK to conduct site visits
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check, in line with company requirements.
- £26,000 – £32,000 salary (depending on experience).
