Their services include the installation of fire doors, fire stopping, and conducting risk-reduction surveys. With ambitious growth plans to become the UK's largest fire protection company, they are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join their team and support their expansion.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts or Project Manager, who is passionate about joining a growing business, hungry to progress and motivated to provide expertise to assist a company grow.In this role you will manage multiple 3 - 5 projects at any given time. You will report to the Operations Director working on fire protection projects valuing up to 3.4M. You will be oversee the contracts once they've been won liaising with Clients and Site Managers. You will ensure projects are being delivered on time to budget within quality standards and attending weekly progress reports keeping clients informed of progress.The ideal candidate will have a background in Contracts Management working on fire protection projects within the Construction industry. You will be looking to join a rapidly expanding contractor, where you can become an expert, build a team and progress your career.The Role:

  • Contracts Manager
  • Ensuring sites are delivered on time, to budget and to quality standards
  • Conducting regular site visits and audits
  • Being the clients main point of contact providing regular progress reports
  • Liaising with Site and Commercial staff

The Person:

  • Previous experience in a Contracts Manager role
  • Experience in Fire Protection projects
  • Good Construction knowledge
  • Good communication and written skills
