Description
- Manage and maintain the debtor's ledger.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and follow up overdue accounts.
- Prepare monthly reports on debtors for management review.
- Liaise with clients to resolve any payment queries.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold data confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the finance team to enhance credit control procedures.
- Monitor customer credit limits and recommend adjustments when necessary.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- A solid understanding of credit control procedures & exposure within this kind of role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
