About the Role:Our client, a well-established company in the consumer electronics sector, is looking to recruit a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where delivering exceptional customer service is a key priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service via telephone, email, and live chat
- Handle product enquiries, order updates, and technical support queries
- Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner, ensuring timely resolutions
- Liaise with internal teams, such as sales and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's product range and services to effectively assist customers
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within e-commerce
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy, high-volume environment
- A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with CRM systems or other customer service software is advantageous
