We're partnering with an exciting business based in Northampton. They are looking for a Customer Service professional to join them to provide customers with an excellent experience, via email, on a full time, permanent basis. The role will be office based and offers a fantastic environment.Main duties will include:
- Speaking with customers via email
- Assisting with technical enquiries
- New customer application processing
- Advising customers on products
- General ad-hoc administration
The successful candidate will have:
- Good communication skills over email
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good IT skills
- The want to learn and develop
