Job Description: German Speaking Customer Service Agent
Location – Lodge Farm Northampton Full-time
Contract – Permanent
Salary – £27,500 – £29,500
Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic German-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our clients Customer Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating delivery schedules, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients/customers via phone, email, and chat and other social channels.
2. Delivery Coordination: Work closely with the logistics team based in Germany to schedule and coordinate 2-person deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate service.
3. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, delivery schedules, and feedback and assist in document translation.
5. Communication: Liaise with delivery teams to ensure clear communication and efficient service execution.
6. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and relay this information to the management team whilst responding to the customer needs. Qualifications
1. Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. This will be tested during the interview process.
2. Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or delivery industry.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle challenging situations and resolve issues effectively.
5. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
6. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
