Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Sales Admin / Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries and needs are addressed promptly and professionally. You will also be responsible for reviewing purchase orders and handling any invoicing queries, playing a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in-person interactions.
  • Review and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
