Join us as a Customer Service Advisor at our Head Office earning a salary of £25,350 per annum with a discretionary bonus scheme from day one where you could expect to earn an additional £1,400 per annum.

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor at Fitness Superstore, who will provide high standards of customer service by:

  • Offering excellent service to our customers both internally and externally;
  • Taking inbound and making outbound telephone calls to customers providing support and information regarding their order status;
  • Order processing;
  • Liaising with other departments and with 3rd party companies;
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints;
  • Communication and coordination with internal departments;
  • Liaising with our internal installation teams and 3rd party field-based installers;
  • Using our IT systems for routing orders, monitoring the work done by our teams, as well as monitoring vehicle maintenance schedules etc;
  • Working Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. Potentially a need to work the occasion weekend.

The successful Customer Service Advisor will have…

  • Great communication skills and have previously dealt with customer queries whether face to face or over the phone;
  • The ability to work in a pressurised environment with experience of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • The ability to be a team player;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Computer literate skills including excel, word and outlook;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and flexibility when required;
  • The ability to prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • A professional and friendly telephone manner;
  • Ideally experience of routing and scheduling, however, training will be given;
  • Ideally experience of working in a Logistics Department, however, training will be given.
