Role: Customer Service Representative – Temp to Perm

Location: Northampton

Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week

Shifts available - Can work either of the following:

7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm, 11am to 7pm

Salary: Up to £14.00 per hour - dependant on experience

Duties of a Customer Service Representative

Monitoring and updating customer records
Advising customers on products and upselling
Managing inbound and outbound calls for customers and clients.
Addressing complaints effectively
Coordinating with the warehouse team
Assisting in the trade centre to cover for holiday and sickness
Placing orders
Working closely with the Management and Sales team to ensure customer interactions are handled in a timely manner.

What we would like from you:

Highly motivated and focused individual
1 to 2 years of customer service experience
Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
