Role: Customer Service Representative – Temp to Perm

Location: Northampton

Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week

Shifts available - Can work either of the following:

7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm, 11am to 7pm 

Salary: Up to £14.00 per hour - dependant on experience

Duties of a Customer Service Representative

  • Monitoring and updating customer records
  • Advising customers on products and upselling
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls for customers and clients.
  • Addressing complaints effectively
  • Coordinating with the warehouse team
  • Assisting in the trade centre to cover for holiday and sickness
  • Placing orders
  • Working closely with the Management and Sales team to ensure customer interactions are handled in a timely manner.

What we would like from you:

  • Highly motivated and focused individual
  • 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
