About Us:We are an independent garage dedicated to providing outstanding automotive services to our valued customers. Our team is passionate about cars and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for a friendly and professional Service Advisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with their service needs.
Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar.
Provide accurate estimates for service and repair work.
Communicate with customers about their vehicles needs and the services being performed.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
Upsell additional services and products when appropriate.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but training will be provided to the right candidate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of automotive services and repairs is a plus.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping.
A valid UK driving license.
