Work within all policy framework, statutory legislation and guidelines applying extensive knowledge of early years’ sector, child and brain development, procedures and best practice by offering challenge, advice and support to early years’ providers ensuring all children have the opportunity to thrive whilst accessing early education and childcare.

To challenge and support leaders and managers in early years settings to review and improve the quality of the provision and to raise all children’s achievements particularly vulnerable groups.

To analyse, monitor and appraise practice and provision in settings as part of the Early Education and Childcare quality improvement process
