Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner Your new company Hays Education is a market-leading agency that recruits for many nurseries across Northampton and the surrounding areas. Here at Hays, we are currently recruiting for Nursery Practitioners on both a temporary and permanent basis with flexible working hours to fit around you. Your new role As a Nursery Practitioner, you will work alongside a small, enthusiastic team with 2-3 year olds to support their learning and development. This may also include free flow amongst the various age groups within the preschool at break and lunch times. You will nurture and encourage the children's learning and development through a range of activities, play, and interaction. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm during term time only. This is a temporary long-term contract to cover maternity leave from December 2024 through to July 2025. You will assist the children in their daily activities, with meal times, nap times, and toileting, ensuring you adhere to the safeguarding policy at all times. What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you must be Level 3 qualified and have experience working with young children in an Early Years setting. Recent experience working with children within a childcare or school setting is preferred, which we are able to reference within the last 5 years.Hays welcomes all candidates, whether you are qualified or unqualified!
