About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant (Level 3) to join a welcoming team. In this role, you will:

  • Support the class teacher in creating a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment.
  • Assist in planning and delivering activities that promote development in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
  • Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and welfare.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:?? A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.?? Experience working with children aged 0-5 in an educational or nursery setting.?? A patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude.?? A good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.?? Strong communication and teamwork skills.?? A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
