A primary school located in a village on the outskirts of Northampton has an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to support part time within their Reception class.
About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant (Level 3) to join a welcoming team. In this role, you will:
- Support the class teacher in creating a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment.
- Assist in planning and delivering activities that promote development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Foster positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
- Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and welfare.
To be successful in this role, you should have:?? A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.?? Experience working with children aged 0-5 in an educational or nursery setting.?? A patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude.?? A good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.?? Strong communication and teamwork skills.?? A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
