Independent Chair of the Board opportunity with Northamptonshire Partnership Homes
Are you passionate about housing and looking for a non-executive opportunity? NPH is a Council owned housing management company focussed on making a real difference for tenants and communities in West Northamptonshire. We have achieved a great deal since our creation in 2015 and have also faced significant challenges but we are now moving forward positively with our shareholder, West Northamptonshire Council. In an increasingly complex and competitive operating environment, we are looking for excellent non-executive leadership to ensure good governance, to challenge us constructively and appropriately, and to help us deliver on our strategic plans.
We have an opportunity for the right person to join our existing board of directors and to take on the role of Chair of the Board.
You will need to be enthusiastic, determined and passionate with experience of operating at a senior level within the social housing sector. An awareness of the local environment in which we operate and of the Housing sector would also be an advantage.
The remuneration for the Chair is currently set at £9,500 per annum. Expenses will also be reimbursed.
