THE ROLE
Due to recent growth they are now looking for a Lighting Project Manager to come on board and join their lively team to support across their exciting projects!
Your key responsibilities will include:Â
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Producing a number of CAD drawings/renders of lighting designs
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Providing technical support across a range of events and festivalsÂ
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Producing technical quotations
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Managing technical projects from start to finish
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Troubleshooting equipment prior to events taking place
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Line managing Lighting Technicians
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Managing lighting budgets
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Booking crew for events
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Helping identify potential equipment purchases
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Taking responsibility of technical equipment repairs
 THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have a strong background within lighting design and project management from either an audio visual or production company. You will also have strong client facing skills and be confident to lead a team of technicians. Experience using CAD and/or Wysiwyg is essential.
Previous experience working on festivals/ large scale music events would be best suited to this position. Â If you have a keen interest in live events and festivals with a flexible work ethic then this opportunity is for you!
