- Typing a variety of documents including emails, letters, reports, presentations, and minutes.
- Arranging meetings and meeting rooms, welcoming visitors, and arranging tea/coffee/lunches.
- Assisting with Board packs for monthly meetings (when required).
- Organising Sales Pathway and First Aid training and maintaining all relevant training records.
- Collating monthly and quarterly commission claims for submission to Payroll.
- Updating the staffing rota for the selected region
- Managing absence requests
- Collating and distributing weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Collating and issuing the pre-handover inspection list monthly.
- Maintaining the lone worker alarm system by allocating personal alarms and ensuring the portal information is up-to-date.
- Electronic and paper filing of correspondence,
- Answering calls from customers and employees.
- Maintaining information on databases, systems, and registers, including Salesforce.
- Diary management for the Area Sales Director.
- Booking travel/accommodation for the Area Sales Director.
- Monitoring the Area Sales Director's emails.
- Processing expense claims and credit card statements for the Area Sales Director.
- Handling other ad hoc duties as required.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential,
