Senior Administrator Northampton Hours – Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week, onsite with the option to work from home one da a week ( Wednesday ) Salary – up to £27,000 DOEA leading home builder is currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join their Sales team based in Northampton.  You will report directly into the Sales Director. This role involves providing essential administrative support to the Sales Department and Sales Director. Duties
  • Typing a variety of documents including emails, letters, reports, presentations, and minutes.
  • Arranging meetings and meeting rooms, welcoming visitors, and arranging tea/coffee/lunches.
  • Assisting with Board packs for monthly meetings (when required).
  • Organising Sales Pathway and First Aid training and maintaining all relevant training records.
  • Collating monthly and quarterly commission claims for submission to Payroll.
  • Updating the staffing rota for the selected region
  • Managing absence requests
  • Collating and distributing weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Collating and issuing the pre-handover inspection list monthly.
  • Maintaining the lone worker alarm system by allocating personal alarms and ensuring the portal information is up-to-date.
  • Electronic and paper filing of correspondence,
  • Answering calls from customers and employees.
  • Maintaining information on databases, systems, and registers, including Salesforce.
  • Diary management for the Area Sales Director.
  • Booking travel/accommodation for the Area Sales Director.
  • Monitoring the Area Sales Director's emails.
  • Processing expense claims and credit card statements for the Area Sales Director.
  • Handling other ad hoc duties as required.

  • Attention to detail,
  • Excellent organisational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential,
  • Analytical mindset.
