Production Operative
39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 06:00 - 16:15
Industrious Recruitment is currently looking for a production operative to join our client`s precision engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, although this is not mandatory.
Job Responsibilities
路 Operate production machinery, tools or equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing or assembly processes.
路 Perform quality checks with inspection equipment, highlighting any issues to the supervisor.
路 Follow safety procedures, to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
路 Report any faults or issues with equipment to the supervisor.
路 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
路 Prepare any documentation such as inspection records and job sheets.
Skills and Competencies
路 Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
路 Good team player with a positive attitude to workload and comfortable working to schedules.
路 Excellent attention to detail, and dexterity for accurate performance of repetitive tasks.
路 Reliable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
