Finance Analyst / Finance Business Partner (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)

This 12 month FTC - Finance Analyst / Finance Business Partner role is to join a high-performance organisation where teamwork, innovation, and determination drive success. What You'll Do:

Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will provide financial analysis, insight, and business partnering support to help drive informed decision-making. Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Provide accurate and timely financial reports, analysing key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Business Partnering: Work with department heads and key stakeholders to manage financial performance and drive efficiencies.
  • Month-End Support: Assist with month-end close processes, including variance analysis and financial reporting.
  • Data Integrity & Compliance: Ensure financial data is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, leveraging automation and reporting tools where possible.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide financial insight and support for business projects and initiatives as required.

What You'll Need:

  • A CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills, with experience handling large datasets.
  • Excellent business partnering and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using financial systems and reporting tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, or SAP (desirable).
