Finance Analyst
Our client, an awarding winning market leader in their field, is looking for a Finance Analyst to join their team.
This role could suit an Assistant Accountant who is looking for the next step in their career and offers progression to become a Finance Business Partner.
Hybrid working and CIMA/ACCA study support are offered with this role alongside a generous benefits package.
You will be working closely with the supply chain team focusing on both supply chain and product costing analysis.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Analysis of business data, costs and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in the supply chain process.
- Pricing, market performance and trend analysis to assist with potential growth through forecasting.
- Flagging inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to drive change.
- Trade budget tracking and analysis - tracking monthly purchases, sales out and marketing activity against budgets.
- Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and KPI reports.
- Business partnering with management and supply chain team to develop strategies to improve operational and financial performance.
- Supporting the commercial team relating to pricing models, market analysis, product sales, supply and demand forecasting.
You should have strong analytical, reporting and communication skills, the ability to interpret data and build strong business relationships. You will be confident, pro-active and keen to learn.
