Description
- Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of organisational policies and procedures as well as finance laws and regulations
- Assisting with budget preparation and management
- Analysing financial trends and providing forecast reports
- Communicating financial insights to senior management
- Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
- Collaborating with auditing services to ensure financial monitoring is up-to-date
- Developing relationships with external contacts such as auditors and solicitors
Profile
A successful Interim Finance Analyst should have:
- Previous exposure within a Finance Analyst role
- ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified or QBE
- Food Manufacturing experience would be hugely advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel and financial software applications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical skills coupled with the ability to present financial information in an understandable manner
