We are currently recruiting for a Junior Reporting Analyst to join a busy team in this well-established company based in Northampton. This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility.
This is a role that requires an individual with strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data. Duties include:
- Taking responsibility for several worldwide clients, producing reports that reflect billing activity and in-depth analysis
- Highlighting any anomalies resulting in escalation and resolution
- Liaising with both internal and external customers regarding queries, requirements, and invoicing
- Whilst at all times adhering to SLA’s and client agreed KPI’s
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. They will have a proven track record in the management of large data streams, which have been complex and ideally gained within a fast-paced working environment.
Remuneration
- Salary: circa £28,000 (depending on experience)
- Hours 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Hybrid working
