We are excited to be recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a leading organisation in the education sector. This role offers the opportunity to act as the key link between finance and budget holders, supporting decision-making and financial planning.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with budget holders across curriculum and business support functions, providing financial insights and guidance.
  • Support stakeholders with varying levels of financial understanding, helping them navigate budgets and forecasts.
  • Build strong working relationships and act as the go-to contact for financial queries.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate financial planning.

Based in Northampton and offering on a hybrid working model, requiring three days per week in the office, this role offers a substantial pension scheme, 35+ days of annual leave plus bank holidays, and a variety of benefits, including free parking, access to wellbeing resources, and study support for professional development.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be part-qualified or willing to resume their studies.

  • Have experience in budgeting and forecasting (desirable but not essential).
