Reed Finance is pleased to be supporting a local business to recruit an experienced technical accountant to join their business as Finance Manager on a Part-Time basis.
Working closely with the MD, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of the weekly, monthly and yearly Finance cycles.
Duties Include:
- Preparing monthly management and end of year accounts for 2 group companies, including variance analysis reports and forecasts
- Maintaining financial records, including inputting of AP invoices & payments, running the payroll and cash forecasting
- Developing and maintaining robust budgeting processes
- Analysis of financial data to identify trends and variances
- Continuous evaluation of financial processes and systems
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Meticulous attention to detail and effective organisational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Salary and benefits:
The role of Finance Manager has a Full-time equivalent salary of £50,000pa plus pension, benefits and flexible working. Part-Time working will be c. 15-20 hours per week over 2/3 days.
