The RoleAs an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Managing and developing client relationships.
  • Handling technical referrals from a supportive team.
  • Conducting site surveys and risk assessments alongside loss adjusters.
  • Business development – prospecting and bringing in new clients.
  • Industry networking – attending insolvency events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand presence.
Who We’re Looking For
  • A driven insurance professional with two or more years of experience.
  • A confident communicator who can work the room, start conversations, and build lasting relationships.
  • Someone with commercial insurance knowledge (Engineering, Marine, and wider commercial risks are a plus).
  • An independent and motivated individual who thrives in a hybrid role.
  • Full UK driving licence required – travel is a key part of the role.
