Due to retirement within the administration team, we have an exciting position, available flexibly for the right candidate.

The role is to support the training team through a number of daily, weekly and monthly routine and processes.

Including but not limited to:

  • Recording daily attendance for workshops
  • Send out documents as requested for completion / signing using ADOBE login
  • Update ILR change request spreadsheet for completed forms and new starters list
  • Ensure each form is correctly completed by checking dates, apprenticeship standard and employers for accuracies
  • Download and share learner questionnaires (Skills Gap Analysis) with the quality and training team
  • Updating Apprenticeship cohort planner with enrolment progress, including initial assessment results
  • Submit ILR change request weekly to Head of MIS & Data
  • Check calendars for joining details and request this where not completed
  • Create sessions and registers in Onefile
  • Update new learners with end dates and OTJ information from tracker (Also start date for EPA elements)
  • Complete monthly cross check data reports between systems for the leadership team
  • Create and send out certificates for compliance courses
  • Update and manage compliance course folders on the Google Drive
  • Chase in progress Adobe documents for timely signatures

Based in Head office, Northampton 1-2 days a week. Remaining days can be worked remotely from home.
