Sonic Summary

People Solutions is seeking a Class 1 Driver for a position based in the Crick area, with working hours from Monday to Friday, starting at 08:00 and ending at 15:00.
The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £17.50 to £23.95 per hour, depending on overtime hours worked.
Candidates must have a minimum of 12 months of experience driving CE vehicles and hold a valid UK Category CE / Class 1 Driving Licence.
Additional requirements include having no more than six penalty points and possessing a valid UK CPC Card and UK Digi Card.

MONDAY - FRIDAY: START TIMES: 08:00 - 15:00

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Class 1 Driver to join our well-established client based in the Crick area.

Rates of Pay:

• Basic: £17.50 per hour
• Overtime: £23.95 per hour after 48 hours

Day to Day Duties

Your duties as a Class 1 Driver will involve but not be limited to:

• Depot to Depot trunking.
• Operate and drive various Class 1 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Ensure all cargo loaded and secured safely
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations

Essential Skills

As a Class 1 Driver you will need to:

• Hold a valid UK Category CE / Class 1 Driving Licence
• Have a minimum of 12 months experience driving CE vehicles
• No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes
• Have a valid UK CPC Card & UK Digi Card

Desirable Experience

• Experience driving commercial vehicles would be beneficial.

Training

Driver's Assessment will have to be completed.
