This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM Data Analyst to join a leading finance firm in the Northampton area. This role pays £45,000 + generous annual bonus and offers hybrid working.Â
To be considered for this position you will have previous experience with a CRM system supporting a large number of internal users across Sales & Marketing.Â
The ideal candidate will have solid CRM support experience, ideally working with SQL and be familiar with customer journeys & automation workflows.Â
As a CRM data analyst, you will be familiar with:

SQL queries in either MS SQL, MySQL or PL/SQL

A mainstream CRM system – Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics, HubSpot

Some form of scripting / development – JavaScript, Python, PHP, .Net, HTMLÂ

CRM integration, customisation & automation

Managing CRM ‘Best Practice’ processesÂ

Reviewing functionality & business processes to identify any areas of improvement
If possible, a Zoho CRM background would be preferred, however, my client is willing to consider candidates from a wide range of CRM backgrounds (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, Odoo). Please note – full Zoho CRM training will be provided, as well as training on JavaScript.Â
This role is based in Northampton and pays up to £45,000 + bonus (circa 10% discretionary).
