Reporting directly to their highly engaging and commercially focused CFO, you will have considerable dealings with the leadership team as well as working closely with the wider business. You will be joining an extremely collaborative culture where you can genuinely put your stamp on this role and be instrumental in driving business success and performance.

This role will suit someone who has strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders as well as having a 'hands-on’ mentality. You will work closely with the wider finance function, as well as managing stakeholders both internally and externally, with direct liaison with your customers too.

The successful applicant will take ownership of the finance function, managing and mentoring the team, and will have a strong business partnering focus. The role will be broad in remit, covering management accounting, statutory control and compliance, as well as FP&A. They require someone with strong technical skills and someone who can continually review and recommend process and systems improvements.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can focus on the business objectives, whilst also identifying potential risks and opportunities. Strong analysis and IT skills are a must and you will be fully qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA.
