HR Assistant - Northampton - Maternity CoverAre you looking to kick start your career in HR?Pertemps is currently recruiting for an HR Assistant for a client based in Northampton.Salary banding: £22,308- £24,123 (DOE)Hours: 8:30-5:00 pm or 9:00-5:30 on a rota basisOnce trained as an HR assistant your duties will include:- To coordinate and record the recruitment and selection process, including production of job specifications, application packs, standard recruitment correspondence, arranging and facilitating interviews, and proactive resolution of initial employment inquiries.-To maintain employee files and a range of employee records including attendance, leave and training records, recruitment data, and payroll information.-To ensure all administrative functions, including data and statistical document production, correspondence, filing, and internal and external posts are dealt with efficiently and professionally.- To coordinate the new starter process; including offer paperwork, contracts and pre-employment checks.Requirements:- A passion for HR and looking to kick start your career- Previous HR experience is an advantage- Proficient in using Microsoft packagesIf you would be interested in this role, please apply or call Corinne at Pertemps.
