The Role
We are working with a highly successful and well-established company based in Northampton that is seeking a committed and proactive JuniorTraining Administrator to support their busy office with a range of administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong admin experience who is looking for a stable and rewarding career with a fantastic company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling client enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Updating and managing internal registers and databases with accuracy.
- Providing general administrative support to the office and wider team.
- Collating information and preparing reports for various projects.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is highly desirable.
Personal Attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident when dealing with people at all levels.
- Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to undertake a range of duties and support the team as needed.
