The Role

We are working with a highly successful and well-established company based in Northampton that is seeking a committed and proactive JuniorTraining Administrator to support their busy office with a range of administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong admin experience who is looking for a stable and rewarding career with a fantastic company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling client enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring professional and timely responses.
  • Updating and managing internal registers and databases with accuracy.
  • Providing general administrative support to the office and wider team.
  • Collating information and preparing reports for various projects.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is highly desirable.
