Job Role: Learning & Development Trainer

Location: UK wide - working from home

Driver: Essential

Travel: 1-2 times per month, usually to Northampton or the Reed Business School in the Cotswolds, but also ad hoc UK wide travel when required

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday

Contract: Full time and permanent

What is the role? To support the delivery of the L&D strategy through the facilitation of engaging and interactive training to Reed network co-members (Reed employees). Your role will include delivery of sales skills, customer service and soft skills training to enable both new and existing co-members to reach their full potential both personally and professionally.

You will mainly be delivering virtual training sessions, but up to 1-2 times per month you will be required to deliver face to face sessions too. You will also be building relationships with key stakeholders across the business and be designing and developing learning programmes and courses.

Who would suit this role? We are ideally looking for experienced recruiters who can demonstrate a proven track record of successful billings. We want you to be able to lead by example through imparting your own knowledge and experience in the role of a recruiter, to new recruiters within the business. We would also be open to conversations with anyone else who feels they have relevant knowledge and experience for the role.

You will also need to be able to demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills, credibility when liaising with internal stakeholders, ideally have experience of facilitating learning and be able to demonstrate a proactive and dedicated approach to your work.

Things to note? You will sometimes be required to do overnight stays to deliver training, but you will receive time back in lieu.
