Are you a talented and enthusiastic Planner ready to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a dynamic professional to manage a small but impactful Planning Department for a well-established Architects and Planning Consultancy based in Northampton.

With over 13 years of experience delivering high-quality, professional schemes to a diverse range of clients and sectors, our client has built a strong reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload with support from Directors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
  • Collaborate with the architectural team, contributing to design and planning approaches.
  • Deliver expert planning advice and guide projects through varied sectors, including care homes, residential developments, industrial buildings, barn conversions, and more.
