Adecco are recruiting for a maintenance Engineer for a global client based in Northampton

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in maintenance activities and support operations directly or through integrators.
  • Report system issues internally to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Assist with the installation and deployment of new systems or machines.
  • Respond swiftly to emergency situations, coordinating additional assistance as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the design team (R&D) to address specific maintenance issues.
  • Propose improvements to maintenance procedures and processes.
  • Provide technical support to integrators and field maintenance teams as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent in engineering is required.
  • Some experience in a robotics-related role is preferred.
  • A broad understanding of software, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
  • Capable of tackling a variety of tasks, from mechanical troubleshooting to robotic software configuration.
  • Strong competencies in robotic design and configuration.
  • A problem-solving mindset and a high level of autonomy.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
