- Writing of engaging adverts for various jobs, across a number of platforms including job boards and social media
- Responding to all candidate’s enquiries into the business for ‘job searches’ and advertisements
- Carrying out searches for candidates.
- Contacting candidates and arranging registrations
- Tracking candidate’s progress/activity
- Assisting in identifying, assessing, and putting forward skilled job-seeking candidates for placement into specified vacancies
- Maintaining a pool of readily available temporary candidates
- Liaising with colleagues and other company departments as required.
- Providing support to management and other parts of the business as and when required
- Ensuring that all compliance governance is met.
- Updating the system with candidate details
- Ensuring records are kept in line with legislative requirements.
- Working to KPI’s regarding candidates sourced for site requirements
- Scheduling candidates to inductions
- Issuing Candidate assignment confirmations documents
- Providing reports for Account Managers and Senior Management
- Committed to achieving the operational delivery of the Resource Hub, without compromising acs core values or ethos
- A confident and persuasive communicator
- Strong IT skills – including the use of MS Office and Excel
- Accurate, with attention to detail
- Comfortable with servicing roles across a range of industries
- Previous Resource experience desirable
- Additional language skills are an advantage
- Highly organised, with the ability to work on various projects at any one time
- People focused with a can do and positive attitude
- Adaptable and flexible in your approach to an everchanging work force
